Abatary Discription
IBA started the initiative of conducting in-silico studies using “virtual” patients.
For this project, we intend to use “real” clinical tumor contours to be added to our “virtual” patients.
To this end, we would like to know if there would be a possibility to use the DICOM-RT files collected on IBA centers by the PCG?
Before we go that route, we would like to assess the feasibility of “injecting” tumors in our virtual patients and as such we were wondering if you could provide a couple of samples of DICOM-RT file (e.g. 2 males and 2 females patient) for us to test?
